Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number for your order. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and 1-5 business days for shipping, depending on the selected shipping method. UPS delivers Monday-Friday 9a-6p EST.

SHIPPING METHODS AND RATES

Hydrinity.com ships to the contiguous United States via UPS Ground. Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii must ship via 2nd day Air. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and 1-5 business days for shipping, depending on the selected shipping method. UPS delivers Monday-Friday.

APO/FPO, PO BOXES, U.S. TERRITORIES AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, Hydrinity.com does not ship to APO/FPO, PO Boxes, U.S. Territories, or to international addresses.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

After your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information so that you may check status of the order at your convenience.

RETURN POLICY

Genuine Hydrinity products purchased through Hydrinity.com only are eligible to be returned within 30 days of purchase date. To return an item(s), please call 1-800-627-1082 or email hello@hydrinity.com with the details of your order and your order number, and our customer service representatives will be happy to help.

To receive a refund for your product, product must be returned to Hydrinity as requested. Once your return order has been received, you will receive a full refund for your order to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund credit to show on the original form of payment.

Return/refund requests that are requested after the 30 day post purchase period has passed are not eligible for return or refund.

Only items purchased on Hydrinity.com can be returned to Hydrinity. Items purchased at an Authorized Hydrinity Professional's office or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
