What happens after I place my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number for your order. If you have questions about shipping or tracking your order our Customer Support Specialists are available to assist you Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm EST at hello@hydrinity.com.
What is your return policy?
Genuine Hydrinity products purchased through Hydrinity.com only are eligible to be returned within 30-days of the purchase date. To initiate a return authorization, please email hello@hydrinity.com with the details of your order and your order number, and our customer support specialists will be happy to assist.
To receive a refund, product must be returned to Hydrinity as requested. Once your return has been received, a refund minus any paid shipping charges will be submitted to your original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund credit to show on the original form of payment.
Return/refund requests that are received after the 30-day post purchase date has passed are not eligible for a return or refund.
Only items purchased on Hydrinity.com can be returned to Hydrinity. Items purchased at an Authorized Hydrinity Professional's office or other authorized partner must be returned to their original point of purchase.

Our products are available through authorized Hydrinity Professional Partners and online at hydrinity.com.
Shipping
Do you ship outside of the USA?
Hydrinity.com ships to the contiguous United States via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii must ship via 2nd day air. UPS and FedEx delivers Monday-Friday.
