Shipping
Do you ship to USA Government bases or territories?
No. We do not ship to any USA Government bases, APO/AE or territories.
My package was damaged in shipping, what can be done?
Please email Customer Service at hello@hydrinity.com and provide your order number in your message.
How can I track my order?
Upon shipment of your product, an email will be sent to your email address with the package tracking information.
Can you ship to my P.O. Box address?
At this time we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please include another commercial or residential shipping address.
